We are looking for a skilled web developer/designer to improve our existing website based on our design guidelines. The project includes adding new pages, updating navigation, improving forms, and making small design enhancements. Website: https://www.venmate.net/


Deadline:
• All development completed by Thursday next week (28.August) - including iterations
• Handover session on Friday (29.August) to walk us through the changes and ensure we can self-maintain going forward


Scope of Work
1. New Pages & Navigation
   • Add 2 new pages based on the Lovable design we provide (with adjustments to fit our overall design)
     • Pricing Page - direction: https://preview--venmate-pricing-plans.lovable.app/
     • AI Product Page - direction: https://preview--venmate-pricing-plans.lovable.app/ai-co-pilot
   • Update navigation bar and system to include a dropdown menu
     • Product (create dropdown and split into 1) CS , 2) AI, 3) Integrations)
       • 1) Account management
       • 1) Implementation & Onboarding
       • 1) Customer Health Score
       • 1) Issues management
       • 1) Playbooks
       • 1) Revenue management
       • 2) Customer Success AI co-pilot and analytics
       • 3) Integrations & automations


2. Hidden Landing Page
   • Create a hidden campaign landing page (not linked in main navigation, only accessible via direct link) for marketing purposes - should be SEO optimized - direction: https://preview--venmate-pricing-plans.lovable.app/launch


3. “Start Trial” Button
   • Add a Start Trial button in:
     • Main navigation
     • Homepage
     • Pricing page
   • Button should be reusable and easy to replicate by us later


4. Demo Request Form
   • Update the HubSpot-integrated demo request form into an improved design
   • Keep the same technical integration with HubSpot


5. Design Improvements (Minimal Updates)
   • Small design enhancements across the site, including 6 sub-pages:
     • Product main page
     • Product sub-page
     • Main feature section of homepage
     • Plus other minor improvements for consistency


6. Signup Element
   • Update and redesign signup element so it can be reused and easily integrated in other sections


Requirements
Must Have (for delivery by Thursday + Friday handover)
• Items 1–3 (new pages, navigation updates, hidden landing page, trial button)
• All changes must be easy to use, repeatable, and not hard-coded (self-maintainable through CMS/system). Content has to be easily maintainable.
• Final handover session to explain changes and ensure we can reuse elements
• Ensure all pages and elements are fully mobile optimized


Nice to Have
• Items 4–6 (demo form redesign, design improvements, signup element redesign)
• Can be included if time allows or quoted separately


Deliverables
• Updated website with must-have & nice to have features live by Thursday - depending on agreed scope
• Documentation or quick guide (if needed)
• 1x handover session (video call or recorded walkthrough) on Friday
