What will you do?

• Handle incoming calls and provide top-quality customer support in German
• Assist customers with hotel reservations and inquiries
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide effective solutions
• Utilize strong communication and sales skills to maximize bookings
• Upgrade bookings from customers

Candidate profile

• Native German speaker + fluent English skills
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work on-site in Málaga

Employer offers

• Permanent contract (39 hours/week) after a 2-month probation period
