What to expect?

Consult our clients comprehensively on the respective Workday Modules and apply business requirements to system solutions.
Own your area of expertise on the project and deliver it end-to-end.
Build your own expertise while leading and sharing your knowledge with junior colleagues to help them grow.
Prepare and conduct presentations to lead client workshops.
Support our development as a business by applying your expertise to new project proposals.

Qualifications

Experience in implementing one or more Workday Module(s) like HCM Core, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent & Performance etc.
Consulting background in HR Transformation / Digitalization or in the Human Resources Area.
Understanding of HR Business Processes and practices.
Fluent in German and English.
Team player with a hands-on mentality and deep understanding of the value of digital HR Transformation.
