About Us
We are dhn.digital, building an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform for automated document workflows. Our mission is to digitize and streamline operations with intelligent automation. While our immediate focus is on setting up robust workflows, our future vision is to scale through digital agents that can independently manage tasks and coordinate processes.


Current Tech Stack

• Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Drive)
• ClickUp
• Asana
• FINOM (billing & banking)


Challenges

• We currently have no CRM system and need the right one as the foundation for automation.
• Workflows are fragmented across multiple tools without integration.
• Many steps (handling customer requests, creating briefings, billing) are still manual.


Phase 1: Current Project Goals

1. CRM Setup
• Identify and implement the CRM that best fits our needs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, GoHighLevel, etc.).
• Integrate the CRM with our existing tools as the central hub for workflow automation.
2. Workflow Automation

Build end-to-end automation of our daily processes:

• Customer Requests via Email
• Inquiry comes into Gmail.
• Automation turns it into a structured briefing (via LLM).
• Task is created in ClickUp or Asana, or posted on Upwork if needed.
• Automated Billing
• A team member tells the LLM “Invoice client X for Y.”
• Invoice is created in FINOM, linked to CRM, and sent out automatically.


Phase 2: Future Vision

• Transition from static workflows to agent-based operations, where agents act as digital workers.
• Agents should be able to:
• Interpret requests and decide which workflows to trigger.
• Coordinate across sales, finance, and operations.
• Execute tasks independently and only escalate when human approval is required.
• Our goal: scaling the business not by adding overhead, but by adding agents.

• Guidance on selecting and setting up the best CRM system today.
• Building reliable workflow automation on top of CRM + existing tools.
• Capability and expertise to later evolve into agent-based architecture.
• A long-term partnership: advisory and implementation across both phases.
