Your role in the team

As a working student in HR (20 hours/week) with a focus on recruiting, you’ll support our team throughout the entire recruitment process – from application to hiring.

Your responsibilities

• Actively support recruitment, especially in active sourcing on selected job platforms and posting job ads
• Maintain our applicant tracking system, assist in reviewing and screening applications
• Coordinate and organize interviews, and manage communication with applicants
• After intense training, conduct job interviews independently
• Support the HR team in daily operational and administrative tasks
• Actively contribute to HR projects

What we expect from you

• Ongoing studies in Business, Social Sciences, Psychology, HR Management, or similar, with an interest in HR and recruiting
• Ideally, some prior experience in HR or recruiting
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Strong empathy and communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• Interest in modern HR topics, recruiting trends, and IT
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications
