The working student position is based in Munich, where we work in a modern office space with a full range of amenities. As part of the team based in Munich, this role will provide you with the opportunity to develop an understanding of marketing and communications within a global environment. What You Will Do Administrative Support: Prepare and update presentations and reports for various stakeholdersSupport in managing budgets related to marketing activitiesCoordinate and maintain documentation for marketing projects Event Support: Assist in planning and executing events, including logisticsSupport event promotions and communications to ensure successful participation Digital Activities: Help with creating and distributing digital mailings to target audiencesAssist in maintaining and updating content on our intranet Project Involvement: Participate in projects such as the adoption of the intranet platformSupport with the organization of internal social events and charity activities throughout the year What You Bring Studies in Communications, Sociology, Psychology or EconomicsProactive, hands-on and creative problem-solving mindsetProficient in MS Office applicationsExcellent in written and spoken English; German is a plusTeam player with willingness to learnAbility to work proactively and under time pressureGood communication and presentation skills Our Highlights For You Remuneration: In addition to an attractive salary, you can expect a monthly travel allowance of 30,00 € and a daily lunch allowance in our excellent staff restaurants.
