We’re looking for 2 Working Student QAs to join two different teams, each with its own focus and challenges. Both roles emphasize manual testing and offer great opportunities to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

The Backoffice Tribe:

Our Backoffice team is the powerhouse behind a powerful control center for modern fleet management. The team specializes in developing a comprehensive system that delivers real-time visibility and actionable insights, including map-supported delivery tracking and detailed performance analytics. This product is expertly crafted to ensure robust and scalable functionality, enabling teams to respond to issues in real-time and manage critical data with precision.

Asgard team - The Better Route Tribe:

Our dynamic backend team is the powerhouse behind various state and stateful services that drive seamless user experiences across multiple customer integration options. Specializing in the development and integration of complex systems, the team expertly manages components such as the stateful tour backend, state services for driver tasks, notifications, and timeframes. These services are meticulously crafted to ensure robust, scalable, and reliable functionality and interoperability, both internally and with external services, as well as a reliable data flow to the internal data setup.

YOU WILL BE TAKING CARE OF:

• Working through user requests and testing-related tickets
• Performing manual web testing, including regression and ticket-based tests
• Creating and maintaining test data to ensure full coverage
• Generating clear, detailed bug reports for the development team
• Bridging communication between developers and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve blockers
• Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth alignment on deliverables
• Maintaining the regression testing catalogue

YOU CHECK THESE BOXES:

• Strong willingness and proven mindset for manual testing, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of programming
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with clear communication skills
• Proactive mindset
• Resilience, reliability, and the willingness to bridge multiple teams
• Ongoing studies in CS, Informatics, or similar fields

IT IS AWESOME IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
• Experience in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
