THE OPPORTUNITY

NavVis is entering an exciting growth phase, and we're looking for a Working Student to support our Recruiting Team. In this role, you'll get hands-on experience in the full recruitment process, assist in attracting top talent for go-to-market and other key business functions, and help improve processes that make our recruiting more efficient and scalable.

You'll work closely with our team, gaining insights into strategic hiring, candidate experience, and recruiting analytics — all while contributing to meaningful projects that shape how we hire and grow at NavVis.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Supporting recruiting activities: Partner with our experienced recruiters to help bring top talent on board — from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with contract preparation.


• Owning your pipelines: Take ownership of small candidate pipelines and get hands-on experience learning what full-cycle recruiting is all about.


• Projects: Jump in on strategic recruiting initiatives that make a real impact, including employer branding, recruitment analytics, hiring manager enablement, and other projects that help us work smarter and scale faster.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar).
Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Analytical mindset with basic experience in Excel or other data tools.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about the full recruitment lifecycle.
Fluency in English; German skills are a plus
