Location: Mobile Work (Germany-wide)

Working Hours: 15–20 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Strategic Talent Partnering Support our recruiting team in aligning with hiring managers and translating hiring needs into actionable steps. You’ll assist in coordinating the full-cycle recruitment process and learn how strategic recruiting works in a dynamic tech environment.


• Tech-Enabled Sourcing Use platforms like LinkedIn to help identify and engage top talent. You’ll support proactive pipeline building and learn how data and digital tools drive smarter, faster hiring decisions.


• Smart Job Marketing & Interviewing Help create compelling job ads that resonate with tech-savvy professionals. You’ll assist in organizing structured interviews and gain insights into best practices for candidate selection and communication.


• Candidate Experience Excellence Be a reliable point of contact for candidates, helping to ensure a transparent and respectful journey. You’ll support communication, scheduling, and feedback processes that reflect our values and commitment to innovation.

What You Bring

• You’re currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business, Psychology, Communications or similar)


• You’re curious about recruiting, HR tech, and digital transformation


• You work proactively, are well-organized, and enjoy collaborating in a team


• You communicate clearly in both German and English (minimum B2/C1)


• First experience in HR or recruiting is a plus – but not required
