We are looking for a Workplace Experience Manager (m/f/x) to join our motivated team in Berlin. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you’ll work to create an inspiring and productive environment for all our employees. Your work will span everything from designing engaging office events and optimizing our physical spaces to ensuring seamless facilities management and fostering a vibrant company culture. This is your chance to make a real impact on the daily lives and overall well-being of our entire workforce.



What you will do:
• Oversee and support administrative responsibilities including general office management, supplies, inventories, office inquiries, merchandising and office maintenance.
• Ensure the smooth running of the office space to promote employee productivity and well-being.
• Schedule, organize and act as a facilitator of meetings, appointments, office ceremonies, events, processes and operations.
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services as well as handle price negotiations with the office vendors and service providers.
• Own and actively contribute to Health & Safety topics and be the contact person for our external health & safety advisors.
• Assist accounting and finance and make sure our legal documentation is properly stored and maintained.
• Support the Executive Team with administrative and organizational tasks, e.g. calendar management and scheduling, travel bookings, expenses management and courier services if needed.
• Support the People & Culture team in any additional projects.

• Several years experience in a role of an Office Manager or similar in a fast-paced and international environment.
• Resourceful and positive attitude with a ‘can-do’ mentality that benefits the culture and team.
• Strong organizational and planning skills as well as strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to balance decisiveness with empathy.
• Good analytical, organizational skills & creative approach to problem-solving.
• Well-versed and competent in using MS Office / G-Suite.
• Experience in accounting and HR administration is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, conversational German is required.
