Als Teil der Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) – End User Computing Abteilung verwaltet das Workplace Desk and Peripherals Team das gesamte Schreibtischlayout und die zugehörigen Hardware- und Softwareangebote für alle Mitarbeitenden der Deutschen Bank in den Bereichen Corporate Bank, Private und Retail Banking weltweit. Das Produktportfolio umfasst Displays, Headsets, Lautsprecher, Webcams, Tastaturen, Mäuse sowie weitere bereichsspezifische Peripheriegeräte, mit Schwerpunkt auf Privatkunden- und Filialgeschäft.

Diese Rolle stellt sicher, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden über die besten Tools verfügen, um die Produktivität und die Benutzerfreundlichkeit zu verbessern. Der/die Workplace Technologies Product Manager*in ist für das Product Lifecycle Management, die Vendoren-Beziehungen und die Ausrichtung der Lösungen auf die strategischen Technologieziele der Deutschen Bank verantwortlich.

Gesucht wird ein/e motivierte/r Product Manager*in mit mehr als 5 Jahren Erfahrung, der/die sich einem globalen Team von Expert*innen anschließt, welches die gesamte Arbeitsplatzlösung für die Deutsche Bank entwirft, entwickelt und bereitstellt.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies, ensuring alignment with the bank's technology roadmap; manage the entire product lifecycle from selection, procurement, deployment, support, and end-of-life; conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends to drive innovation and product improvements; work closely with Private Bank IT contacts, End User Computing Lead Architects on new technologies and perform Proof of Concept evaluations with documented findings
• Product Development: Translate business criteria into relevant requests in JIRA for engineering and test teams; prioritize requests efficiently and communicate status updates as the primary point of contact for internal clients; regularly review engineering test plans to ensure quality and improve engineering testing capabilities
• Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Collaborate with internal IT and business stakeholders across regions to gather requirements and feedback for continuous product enhancement; build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective product selection; monitor delivery timelines for service-related hardware and follow up on issues with vendors; ensure compliance with SDLC, security, audit, and vendor management processes within the bank
• User Experience and Support: Advocate for the end user experience by leading testing groups and gathering feedback to drive product improvements; partner with IT Operations teams to address product-related issues and ensure timely and effective solutions for end users
• Communication and Documentation: Provide regular progress reports on product sets to stakeholders and management; create and maintain documentation for end users and support teams; communicate product updates and changes effectively to all stakeholders; maintain a Risk and Issues register to track items that could delay or stop service delivery

Fähigkeiten & Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produkt- oder Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Banken- oder Finanzdienstleistungsbranche sowie nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Vendor Management
• Umfassende Kenntnisse der Peripheriegeräte im typischen Bankenumfeld für die Datenverarbeitung durch End User, einschließlich Headsets, Lautsprecher, Webcams, Displays, Tastaturen und Mäuse, aber auch ID Card Scanner, PIN Eingabegeräte, sonstige USB Geräte
• Solides Verständnis der Infrastruktur- und Plattformkomponenten, einschließlich Windows Desktop, Windows Build-Konfigurationen, Wireless Voice und Datentechnologien, Netzwerke und Sicherheit
• Erfahrung mit Tools für SDLC, einschließlich JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence und O365/SharePoint
• Hervorragende analytische, organisatorische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten sowie starke Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Teams zu arbeiten
• Fähigkeit, in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung zu arbeiten und mehrere Prioritäten zu verwalten sowie proaktiver Arbeitsstil mit der Fähigkeit, Initiative zu zeigen
• Gute Englischkenntnisse, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich, da Sie Teil eines globalen Teams sein werden
