Xiaomi EV - Junior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Design and refine 3D models for innovative product development using extensive 3DExperience, ensuring high precision and manufacturability.
2. Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to align design solutions with technical requirements and production needs.
3. Prepare detailed technical drawings for manufacturing, including dimensions, tolerances, material specifications, and surface finishes, to ensure accurate and consistent production.
4. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in 3D modeling and digital design to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Experience in 3D modeling software, particularly 3DExperience.
2. Strong understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
5. Familiarity with PLM systems and digital workflow tools for design data management and version control.
