Job Overview
We are a German-based company migrating from Zoho Invoice to Zoho Books (German edition). We need an experienced consultant to assist with:


Responsibilities
• Zoho Books Setup (German Edition): Configure SKR04 chart of accounts, VAT settings, DATEV export format, and GoBD compliance.
• Wise Bank Integration: Link Wise EUR & USD accounts, configure multi-currency handling, and set up bank rules.
• Historical Data Migration (Jan–Aug): Import opening balances, invoices, payments, and expenses for consistency with internal reporting.
• Testing & Rollout: Test DATEV export, train 2 internal users on daily workflows, and provide basic documentation.


Requirements
• Proven experience setting up Zoho Books for German companies.
• Strong understanding of German accounting standards (SKR03/04, VAT, GoBD).
• Experience with DATEV exports and Wise bank integration.
• Fluent in English.
• Bonus: Experience with Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Analytics) and automation.


Timeline
2–3 weeks for setup + migration. (Germany/Europe time zone).


Deliverable
Ready-to-use Zoho Books setup for 2025, aligned with DATEV export standards.
