Project Overview
We're seeking an expert Zoho developer for ongoing collaboration to enhance and maintain our comprehensive Zoho ecosystem. This is a long-term partnership where you'll be available on-demand to implement new automations, optimizations, and custom solutions as our business needs evolve.



Current Zoho Environment
Our existing setup includes:
• Zoho CRM (primary system)
• Zoho Flow (for integrations and workflows)
• Zoho Workflows (automation rules)
• Zoho Creator (custom applications)
• Zoho Books (accounting integration)
• Custom Deluge Scripts (various automations)




What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of proven Zoho development experience
• Expert-level knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, Flow)
• Advanced Deluge scripting capabilities - must be able to write, debug, and optimize complex scripts
• Experience with Zoho Workflows and Flow automation
• Strong understanding of API integrations within Zoho
• Ability to analyze existing systems and recommend improvements

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience setting up Zoho Analytics and custom reporting dashboards
• Experience with WhatsApp integration in Zoho (setting up WhatsApp as a communication channel alongside email)
• Previous experience with business process automation
• Familiarity with third-party integrations via Zoho Flow




Project Scope & Expectations
Ongoing Responsibilities
• Implement new automation workflows based on our specifications
• Set up additional communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp integration alongside existing email channels)
• Optimize existing Deluge scripts and workflows for better performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with current automations
• Create custom solutions using Zoho Creator when needed
• Set up and configure Analytics dashboards (as needed)
• Provide recommendations for system improvements and best practices

Working Style
• On-demand availability - we'll reach out when new projects arise
• Flexible scheduling - projects can range from quick 1-2 hour fixes to multi-day implementations
• Collaborative approach - we'll provide detailed documentation of our current operations and requirements
• Clear communication - ability to explain technical solutions in business terms
