2026_Intern M&A – M/F/D

Tasks and responsibilities

During your internship, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Conduct industry and company analysis and company valuations
• Support the preparation of client presentation materials
• Work on live transactions across various sectors
• Assist in the preparation, origination, and execution of M&A and other corporate finance transactions

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post‑graduate program in Business Administration, Finance or a similar field
• Prior internships in M&A or Corporate Finance in a Bank/Investment Bank/Boutique are desirable but not required

Language skills

• English – C1
• German – C1

Technical, operational & Soft skills

• Good knowledge in valuation is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Very good written and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated and self‑driven
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Self‑confident personality and self‑disciplined
• Quality, results‑oriented and paying high attention to detail
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
