I am looking for 2x Freelance Copilot Studio Agent Developer (m/f/d) to support a leading client in the capital markets sector in Germany.

Project:

Start: ASAP

Capacity: Full-time

Initial Duration : 3 months (high chance of extension)

Remote and on-site Share: 100% remote

Project languages: English (Fluent) German (is a plus-not mandatory)

Overview

A financial services client is looking for two experienced Copilot Studio Developers to support the design and implementation of AI‑driven Copilot agents and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Copilot Studio agents and integrations
• Build Power Automate flows and connect M365 / Power Platform services
• Support business teams in implementing use cases
• Ensure secure, compliant solutions in a regulated environment
• Document and test developed components

Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio
• Solid knowledge of Power Platform and M365 integrations
• Experience in regulated industries (preferably Financial Services)
• Independent, structured, and hands‑on working style
