Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Delivery to manage end-to-end delivery of ICT and telecommunications projects. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and customer expectations. The position involves close coordination with customers, sales teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders across international environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, quality, and timelines

Take full ownership of customer service experience throughout the project lifecycle

Act as the single point of contact for customers, sales teams, vendors, and internal teams

Coordinate with pricing and procurement teams to select appropriate ICT vendors

Monitor and inspect vendor performance and delivery quality

Lead technical troubleshooting during project implementation

Support post-sales activities and manage service-related issues

Coordinate order activation, testing, and deployment with internal and local teams

Provide regular project status updates to customers

Prepare and submit implementation and delivery reports for management review

Requirements

Bachelors degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT & telecom project delivery, onsite management, and customer service

Strong technical knowledge of IP networking, including routing and switching, WAN/LAN, WiFi, NAS, firewalls, etc.

Excellent project management and communication skills

Ability to work across global and virtual teams

Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure

Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL, CCIE, or other relevant networking/telecom certifications
