Full‑time Doctoral Researcher on Privacy‑Enhancing Technologies (w/m/d) at the University of Göttingen – Public Law Foundation – in the Computer Security and Privacy group led by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Delphine Reinhardt. Position: Entgeltgruppe 13 TV‑L, 100 %, duration 3 years, starting as soon as possible.

Your profile

• A very good M.Sc. degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong background in privacy and security.
• Strong programming skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong motivation to pursue a doctoral degree and contribute to high‑impact interdisciplinary research.

Your main responsibilities

• Conduct independent research on privacy by designing and evaluating innovative privacy‑preserving solutions especially targeting pervasive applications.
• Publish and present scientific results at international peer‑reviewed conferences and/or journals.
• Supervise students in this area.
• Provide active support in teaching activities according to 31 NHG and examinations.
