Responsibilities

  • You provide expert guidance to Direction and Facility Managers on operational and strategic HR decisions. This high-level involvement allows you to influence organizational health directly, positioning you as a key driver of the association's long-term success.
  • You deploy and harmonize HR procedures across diverse structures while spearheading transformation initiatives. By leading these improvements, you streamline operations and establish yourself as a modern HR leader capable of navigating complex organizational shifts.
  • You serve as a dedicated point of contact and mediator for employees and management to resolve conflicts and enhance team dynamics. This proactive approach ensures a harmonious working climate, directly contributing to higher employee engagement and your own professional fulfillment.
  • You analyze field performance and interpersonal dynamics to align individual skills with the organization's values. Your insights help bridge the gap between field reality and corporate strategy, making you an indispensable link in the human capital value chain.

Qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on Human Resources or Labor Law , providing a solid foundation for complex decision-making.
  • You bring at least 5 to 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the social or public sector, allowing for a smooth transition into this specialized environment.
  • You are fluent in French and Luxembourgish , enabling you to communicate effectively and authentically with all stakeholders and public third parties. Any other languages skill (English, German, …) is a plus.
