Wir suchen Sie als A400M AGE Manager (w/m/d) in Wunstorf.

Ihre Aufgaben

A) Primary tasks:

• Organise upon request from the GAF and after validation by the local material support organisation, any maintenance event on AGE (unplanned, planned, calibration)
• Coordinate all internal preparation activities to execute the maintenance event within the local material support team (pick-up of AGE, hand-over)
• Administer locally all AGE material support requests (spares and repairs) under the management of the local Material Support organization
• Monitor the activities delivered as per contractual obligations to the GAF and be the Point of Contact (PoC) for the GAF for AGE related topics and issues and ensure swift resolution

B) Assistance to the German Air Force (GAF):

• Support GAF personnel in AGE maintenance and planning
• Support the establishment of MOB shops and warehouses (GAF and Airbus Defence and Space) in all matters related to AGE
• Assist with aircraft on ground (AOG) linked to AGE and incidents inquiries
• Provide added value as well as a filtering function both ways between Airbus Defence and Space and GAF to avoid misinterpretations during communication

C) Representation / relationship with AGE Subcontractor:

• Coordinate with the AGE subcontractor any maintenance event
• Ensure compliance with GAF regulations and restrictions.
• Check AGE subcontractor own performance and compliance with related obligations towards Airbus Defence and Space – propose improvements in processes to enhance AGE subcontractor efficiency
• Be the PoC for the AGE Service Provider

D) Relationship with Airbus Defence and Space:

• Work closely with Customer Service Representatives on-site, Material Support and Maintenance in order to establish necessary priorities and objectives with GAF and the AGE subcontractor thus ensuring an enhanced support and proper utilisation of the A400M AGE.
• Maintain proper communication with all Airbus Defence and Space departments dealing with A400M AGE
• Analyse all ISS-related aspects of the German Air Force and AGE subcontractor usage of A400M AGE and compile this information in periodic reports, complying with German Air Force Security regulations
• Provide internal feedback and proposals for improvements regarding A400M AGE operation, supportability, maintainability Propose and help to implement appropriate actions to increase overall customer satisfaction and ISS profitability
• Manage the support of all AGE and tools of the local Airbus Defence and Space organization
• Prepare AGE dossier for material conferences (and assistance)
• Report and support the process for corrections in the AGE documentation
• Support controlling of the services provided by the AGE subcontractor

Ihr Profil

• Mindestens ein Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieur
• Mehr als 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Assistenz, Disposition/Materialbeschaffung, Kundenbetreuung, Projektmanagement
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Spanischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
• Gutes technisches Verständnis
• Ausgeprägte Ausdruckskraft
• Reisen einmal wöchentlich nach Bremen und regelmäßig (nicht klar definiert) nach Benelux, Frankreich, Spanien und Großbritannien
