The Accessories & Leather goods Specialist is responsible for representing the brand’s DNA and craftsmanship to clients, with a strong focus on accessories and leather goods, in order to drive category performance, grow client loyalty, and sustain the brand image

You’ll be in charge of:

• Welcome and assist customers, delivering an excellent and personalized in-store experience with a strong focus on accessories and leather goods.
• Act as a product expert for accessories and leather goods, demonstrating deep knowledge of materials, craftsmanship, styling, and functionality, based on the training provided.
• Proactively deliver the brand’s selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities within the accessories and leather goods category to achieve individual and store KPIs.
• Drive category performance by promoting cross-selling and upselling opportunities linked to accessories and leather goods.
• Support Visual Merchandising activities related to accessories and leather goods, ensuring product presentation aligns with brand standards.
• Build strong client relationships by creating engaging, trust-based interactions and positioning yourself as a reference point for the category.
• Develop and expand a loyal client base by acquiring new clients, meeting conversion goals, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients through continuous follow-up and service.
