Our client builds AI software that helps industrial companies save energy and reduce CO₂ — automatically .

The AI directly controls machines (like cooling systems, HVAC, EV chargers) to use energy more efficiently. No hardware upgrades needed, and customers save money from day one.

They’re backed by leading venture capitalists, and they already work with major industrial players across Europe, they recently brought on board a fantastic Head of Sales who is now building the sales team.

The Role: As an Account Executive , you focus on winning new mid-market and enterprise customers and shaping the sales playbook.

You will:

  • Build and own your enterprise pipeline
  • Run C-level meetings and create strategic account plans
  • Close €50–100K ARR land deals , with potential to scale to €250K–€1M+
  • Work outbound-first with 50–300 qualified target accounts
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, Sales Lead & ex-Celonis coach
  • Travel 30–50% across Europe

Your Profile

  • 2+ years SaaS closing experience (mid-market or enterprise)
  • Strong record of closing multi-stakeholder, C-level deals
  • Hunter mentality: comfortable building a pipeline
  • Excellent discovery, value selling & stakeholder mapping
  • Berlin-based or ready to relocate; office-first during ramp-up
  • Buyer personas : Sustainability leads, Energy Managers, Procurement, CxOs
  • Deal size : €50–100K initial; up to €1M+ with expansion
  • Deal cycle : 6–9 months
  • Methodology : consultative, value-based selling
  • Support : strong SDR team providing research & ICP accounts
