Account Executive – Enterprise

We’re seeking a driven and strategic AccountExecutive to lead high-impact sales cycles with some of the industry's mostinfluential clients. In this role, you'll manage everything from leadgeneration to executive-level presentations and contract negotiations, allwhile showcasing the power of Yardi’s enterprisesolutions. You’ll build strong relationships with keydecision-makers, deeply understand client needs, and deliver tailored,high-value solutions. What You’ll Do:

Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within your assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored Yardi solutions. Stay up to date on Yardi products, industry trends, andcompetitive landscape to effectively position and promote offerings. Represent Yardi at marketing events, prepare salesperformance reports, and contribute to strategic planning and forecastingefforts.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’sdegree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)and 3+ years of successful technology/software sales experience
  • Strongcommand of the full sales cycle, including lead generation,discovery/qualification, pricing and positioning, proposal development,negotiation, and closing
  • Proficientwith CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to understand,present, and demonstrate technical products
  • Goal‑oriented,self‑motivated, proactive, and effective at problem‑solving
  • Excellentinterpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strongnegotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities
  • Ableto engage decision makers at mid‑sized companies with a highly responsive,client‑focused approach
  • Strongtime‑management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritizemultiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Willingto travel up to 50%, Fluency in German & English as a language

  • Industryexperience in property management
  • Knowledgeof accounting principles
