The Role
As a Junior Account Executive , you will own the full sales cycle from demo to close in a high-velocity, transactional SaaS environment.
You’ll sell into two core ICPs:
- Agencies (larger deal sizes, €8K–€30K ARR)
- Brands (typically ~€6K ARR, fast close)
The sales process is designed for speed and clarity:
- Discovery + demo on the first call
- Consultative, educational selling to SEO managers, marketing leaders, and agency owners
- Close quickly, then support a land-and-expand growth motion
Typical deal cycles: 2–3 weeks
Quarterly target: €280K–€300K per rep
Responsibilities
- Own discovery, demo, and closing conversations end-to-end
- Educate prospects on AI-driven brand visibility and marketing analytics
- Compete in a crowded market through consultative, trust-based selling
- Close efficiently, then identify expansion opportunities post-sale
- Collaborate closely with leadership on messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy
- Develop strong domain expertise across AI, SEO, and marketing analytics
Must-Haves
- 1+ year full-cycle AE experience in a high-velocity SaaS environment
- OR
- 1.5+ years SDR experience with clear readiness to step into closing
- Background at a strong SaaS sales organisation (trained, structured, high bar)
- Track record of consistent overachievement
- High agency, curiosity, work ethic, and hunger
- Ability to point to one clear signal of excellence or obsession (sports, academics, side projects, etc.)
- Base-level understanding of AI tools and a strong interest in learning more

- Experience selling to agencies
- Experience selling SEO, analytics, or marketing software
- SMB or mid-market SaaS sales background
