  • Lead cold-calling campaigns via phone and email to acquire new restaurant partners.
  • Execute sales campaigns designed by Territory Managers to expand Uber Eats' presence across Germany.
  • Negotiate partnerships and close deals with top-tier restaurants.
  • Guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process and ensure a successful start.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales Operations and Marketing, to achieve shared goals and maximize results.
  • Analyze market trends and feedback to improve strategies and operations.
  • Ideally, some experience in outbound sales and familiarity with digital (CRM) tools.
  • Resilience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude when working with potential partners.
  • Proficient in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry is desirable.
