We are seeking a dynamic sales professional who thrives on identifying and acquiring key customers and driving promising business growth within the manufacturing sector.   • Strategically drive new business and foster growth in small, medium and large manufacturers.
  • Execute the sales and business development within the assigned regions, building and advancing the sales pipeline from initial contact through to successful deal closure.
  • Lead intricate, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles for our AI‑led manufacturing and industrial software solutions, applying value selling and craft compelling ROI business cases in collaboration with the Sales Head and other Sales colleagues.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships at decision‑maker level including C‑levels / VP levels across various departments, including Operations, Digital/IT, Engineering, and Plant leadership.
  • Continuously improve forecasting and rigorous pipeline management on the CRM, tracking stages, next steps, close plans, and potential risks.
  • Identify untapped opportunities and new use cases within manufacturing digital transformation and AI adoption, actively contributing to strategic account plans through events and campaigns.
  • Act as a customer‑facing team member and a brand ambassador for the portfolio and the organization.

Qualifications

  • Education: university degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or comparable subjects.
  • Experience and Knowledge: proven success selling SaaS‑based B2B enterprise solutions in industrial software, manufacturing solutions, AI/IIoT, automation, or digital transformation; capability in complex B2B sales frameworks (explicitly including Challenger Sales or similar); solid understanding of manufacturing processes and automation environments; demonstrated rigor in pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and performance management against targets.
  • Personality and Working Practice: excel at managing diverse stakeholders and communicating effectively at executive levels, confidently presenting to and negotiating with C‑level decision‑makers; work cross‑functionally with ease, executing pragmatically while consistently aligning with overarching strategic goals.
  • Work Routine: willingness to travel to customers and for internal meetings as required by territory coverage and account needs.
  • Languages: excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 88,000 EUR for a 35‑h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition, there is an individual, performance‑related pay, a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
