Account Executive

About the Role

  • Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline, aiming for 3× coverage of sales targets monthly and quarterly.
  • Account Management: Lead the entire sales process – prospecting, deal closing, and renewal – for companies with revenues less than $500 M.
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that address customer needs.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can address them.
  • Salesforce Maintenance: Keep the CRM (Salesforce.com) up to date with accurate records of sales activities and reliable forecasts.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct direct client meetings in person or via platforms such as MS Teams.

About You

  • College degree preferred, with a minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience in the corporate sector and a proven record of exceeding sales quota.
  • Experience in the FinTech space and/or selling data solutions is a plus.
  • Proven ability to sell complex technology solutions to small and medium companies (less than $500 M in revenue) using a consultative, value‑based approach.
  • Experience with high‑velocity sales, land‑and‑expand strategies, and solution selling to C‑level executives.
  • Skilled in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic about prospecting and capable of managing the entire sales cycle independently.
  • Ability to develop and execute an account plan.
  • Able to work from home and travel to customer locations as needed.

Compensation & Benefits Summary

Target total cash compensation range: $136,500 USD – $253,500 USD. Base pay and potential sales incentives are part of an inclusive Total Reward program with flexible work life benefits and wellness programs.
