Role Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base outside Germany. Your daily tasks include maintaining long‑term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing and negotiating offers. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is full‑time but can also be arranged on a part‑time basis.

Qualifications

Sales and Customer Management: Experience in account management, sales strategy, and customer consulting is required, as well as the ability to build and maintain long‑term business relationships.
Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as customer‑ and solution‑oriented thinking, are essential.
Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of industrial wear protection solutions or materials engineering is an advantage, as are welding technology skills.
Organization and Planning: Efficient time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Advantages: Experience in metalworking or mechanical engineering, fluent and business‑level English, and ideally Spanish or Portuguese language skills. Preferably, you hold a degree in business administration or engineering, or a comparable qualification.
