Our client, a global leading e-commerce and technology infrastructure services, is recruiting for the Account Manager (Europe Buyers Team) to join their business in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Germany (DACH) Buyer Services — The business objective is to increase the procurement volume of major Germany (DACH) buyers.
• Establish customer relationships with B2B key accounts of the client in Germany (DACH).
• Assist buyers in resolving procurement issues encountered on the webshop and support Germany (DACH) buyers in dispute resolution.

• Germany (DACH) Buyer Research — Report the procurement challenges and requirements of Germany (DACH) B2B buyers to the client’s China headquarters and generate actionable optimization proposals.

• Germany (DACH) Buyer Business Operations — Develop daily operational content for Germany‑targeted EDM and WhatsApp campaigns based on HQ strategies.
• Manage Germany buyer WhatsApp communities to foster a positive group atmosphere.
• Organize Germany B2B key buyers to participate in offline events hosted by the client

Requirements

• 1–3 years of cross‑border trade or sales experience preferred, with a strong business‑objective orientation, as well as customer service experience and sales skills.
• Fluent in Chinese, English, and German desirable (DACH) for business communication with buyers, and able to support the implementation of the client’s buyer policies in Germany.
