Take a leading role in advancing global biotechnology. You will accelerate key projects and play a pivotal part in securing new business for our worldwide CDMO operations. Richter BioLogics is looking for an expert to help drive its international growth and make a real impact through innovation. Responsibilities

  • Prepare project calculations and offers for ongoing projects (Cross selling in cooperation with the Project Management Team)
  • Prepare project calculations and offers for new business opportunities in cooperation with Controlling, Project Management and Operations
  • Support our Business Development Team in market and competitors analyses
  • Actively driving forward lead generation & qualification
  • Market the strengths and unique selling points of Richter BioLogics
  • Maintenance of Customer Relationship Management Tools
  • Prepare trade fairs and conferences on an international level

Profile / Qualifications

  • University degree or successfully completed apprenticeship in Life sciences or Business Administration
  • Several years of experience in sales or customer service in the field of Biotechnology, Pharmaceutics or Life sciences with strong track record
  • Demonstrated IT skills including Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills for customer communication
  • High interest in technical processes of the development and manufacturing of biopharmaceutical products
  • Commercial and revenue oriented thinking as well as cross-divisional perspective
  • Confident personality, strong communication skills
  • Readiness to travel (2 - 3 business trips/year)
