Account Manager PR in Berlin (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will manage your team and be responsible for the strategic planning and supervision of international integrated communication campaigns and projects
• You are responsible for developing, implementing and supervising integrated communication campaigns for renowned private- and public-sector clients
• You will coordinate our global integrated campaigns with our various service units like Creation, Online/Social Media, Media Planning, Event, TV production etc. and our 82 network agencies worldwide
• Staff management, recruitment, business plan development and implementation
• 50% of clients come from the public sector (governmental institutions in around 40 countries, diverse ministries, EU institutions, etc.), thus the understanding of the cooperation with political institutions is essential for a potential job holder
• Reports directly to the Account Director

Your profile

• You will possess 3+ years of relevant international agency experience, very good knowledge of the planning, implementation and evaluation of integrated communications and will have successfully participated in international tenders and acquired new clients
• You will have experience in managing larger teams and multiple client projects, very good budget controlling expertise, as well as building and maintaining client relationships
• You will have excellent time management and organizational skills and will deal well with stressful and demanding situations
• The working language is English, German is an asset but not a must
