Purpose of the Job
Our Account Managers are responsible for managing and delivering solutions for our clients through close work with internal teams and local partners.
This role serves a market‑leading global client in the confectionery/FMCG sector. You will work on a range of projects for both retail and out‑of‑home environments, including temporary and permanent point‑of‑sale materials (POSM), 2D print, 3D print, vinyl/stickers, signage, and visibility collateral such as flags, A‑frames, and range+price boards.
The role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client/vendor sites, and home as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Take briefs from the client, including full specification details and deadline dates, and manage project delivery from start to finish, suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible – own the process.
- Provide technical input and advice on projects as required, briefing suppliers on precise client requirements, and delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
- Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time while implementing new methods and procedures as required – collaborate across multiple teams and utilise HH Global’s full‑service offering.
- Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account administration and reporting while keeping accurate records.
- Agree and manage budgets and P+L, ensuring profit is maximised through analysis of performance.
- Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Commercial bias and understanding, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through time management and prioritisation skills.
- Project Management mindset – process driven with a focus on sales and business development.
- Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority.
- Fluency in German and English.
