As the Account Partner for Veeva R&D and Quality you will represent the Veeva Development Cloud and Quality Cloud Solutions (Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, and Quality) for selected Pharma and Biotech companies in the DACH region. Your responsibilities include nurturing and expanding relationships within the accounts, winning new business, overseeing renewals, and consistently offering innovative solutions. What You’ll Do
Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across the Business, IT, and C‑level Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate Hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working Contribute to team sales goals Meet or exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer Requirements
5+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting in SaaS, Software, or a related field 2+ years of experience focused on account management serving Life Sciences Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas Excellent account planning and execution skills Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C‑level Must be highly self‑motivated and able to work with little direct supervision A passion for solving customer business problems Must have a team‑first mentality Business‑level fluency in German and English Nice to Have
5+ years of account management within the Life Science industry Understanding of R&D and Quality software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety Perks & Benefits
