Your role u2013 more than just numbers
You will support our finance team in their daily accounting tasks
You will check, assign and post invoices (accounts receivable, accounts payable, real accounts)
You will actively participate in daily, monthly and annual financial statements
You will reconcile accounts and keep track of open items
You will support payment transactions and ensure smooth processes
You will work closely with other departments and act as an interface within the hotel
You will ensure that internal processes, legal requirements, and Marriott standards are complied with
Be able.
A completed commercial apprenticeship (accounting, finance, hotel management, or similar)
Initial experience in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus, but not a must
Enjoy working with numbers and have a structured, meticulous approach to your work
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
Good German and English skills
Team spirit, reliability, and the desire to develop your professional skills
