To support continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Accounting Team Lead (AR / AP) to join their finance team in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AP / AR across the group.
• Drive process improvements and automation within accounting and reporting.
• Collaborate with the tax function on tax related accounting
• Lead and develop the AP / AR accounting team
• Work with Audits and external audits

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in accounting in AP / AR and GL
• Excellent in using DATEV and other ERP tools
• Hands‑on, structured, and proactive , with a strong international mindset .
