Job Description

Minimum required Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience: Minimum 3 years with Bachelor's OR minimum 1 year with Master's in areas such as Business Development, Clinical Sales, Service or equivalent.

Be responsible for driving growth in the Central East Europe region for our Acute Care Informatics portfolio, i.e. software as well as medical device integration for Intensive Care Units and Operating Rooms. You will develop the business in the region and help partners as well as prospective customers realize the value of our solutions, drive and support sales activities towards new and existing customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring business unit strategies are translated into the local market.

Your Role

  • Being the portfolio expert for our solutions and communicating the wider Philips Acute Care informatics portfolio and its clinical value proposition to customers and channel partners.
  • Understanding and addressing competitive positioning and marketing strategy, setting local zone strategy to target new customers and support in the tender strategy and quotation process.
  • Identifying opportunities by providing insights into possible leads resulting from working with third‑party vendors, trade shows, local conferences, and other industry events.
  • Preparing and delivering accurate business forecasting on a monthly basis via accurate lead and opportunity management.
  • Partnering with internal Philips stakeholders on co‑selling opportunities to bring the full value of our acute care portfolio to broader Philips enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with zone sales leaders and regional business unit leaders to ensure product‑specific sales initiatives are effectively deployed in the field with our customers and roadmap needs are effectively communicated and understood.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have an MSc degree in healthcare management, business management, IT, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English and Polish and/or Romanian. Additional Central Eastern languages would be beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of time.
  • Experience in healthcare IT sales and/or business development.
  • Experience in configuring and selling software solutions to hospitals as well as 3rd‑party channel partners that span across (parts of) care pathways as well as sales‑related tools (such as Salesforce).
  • Clinical experience (especially in ICU or OR) and knowledge of medical devices preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams and excellent influencing and networking capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to translate market and customer insights into integral solution offerings.
  • Self‑driven with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively across different functions.
  • You are customer‑oriented and focused on achieving defined objectives and results.
  • You have a positive, structured, organized mindset with a high level of personal integrity and self‑discipline.
