Join the Global HR Support team within GEA HR Operations. From our hubs in Berlin, Bogota, and Kuala Lumpur, we provide HR support, consulting, training, and resolve queries on a wide range of HR topics raised by employees and managers in over 50 countries worldwide. Our team covers areas such as onboarding and offboarding, learning, talent and performance management, employee relations, employee experience, total rewards, employee & manager services, HR systems, and processes. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrator People Services - Danish, fixed term until March 2027 (f/m/d) to be deployed in Berlin as soon as possible.
Serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries, via ticket systems, chat, calls, and emails, escalating to other HR teams when necessary.
Administer employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes.
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, SAP) with accuracy and attention to detail.
Prepare and generate HR documents, certificates, letters, templates, and reports.
Document process changes and communicate updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with HR processes, policies, and standards to deliver an outstanding employee experience.
Support payroll and other HR operational teams as needed.
Monitor and meet service level agreements, operational KPIs, and other performance indicators; identify and implement corrective actions when needed.
Collaborate with the HR Operations team to share best practices and continuously optimize processes.
Apprenticeship (Ausbildung), University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent professional training and experience (minimum 2 years).
Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in HR operations, administration, or data management.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, international environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fluent in English C1 & Danish C1
PC‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn HR systems; experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, and MS Office is a plus.
