You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Initial sampling of purchased parts from external suppliers/plants, including the associated process evaluation (workflow, process capabilities, process safeguards) at the manufacturer
• Initiation of measures in case of defects in purchased parts or derivation of measures to restore delivery quality, including professional support of 8D reports to the supplier
• Conducting process/product audits at the supplier with tracking of necessary corrective actions
• Demanding and tracking measures/plans within the framework of supplier escalation
• Creation of inspection plans for incoming goods inspection of purchased parts
• Development of key performance indicators for process control

This is what you bring to us:

• Completed technical studies or several years of professional experience
• Knowledge of automotive-specific requirements for QMS (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA)
• Communication skills and negotiation expertise
• PPAP and PPF, mastery of methods, processes, and requirements
• 8D methodology, mastery of methods for root cause analysis (e.g., Ishikawa, 5Why, experimental methodologies)
• FMEA methodology
• SAP knowledge
• Knowledge of manufacturing measurement technology, manufacturing technology, statistics, product liability
• Foreign language skills in English (business fluent in spoken and written)
