Are you passionate about scaling growth through strategic partnerships and performance-based marketing? We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Affiliate and CPA Marketing Specialist to be a key driver behind our partnership channel's growth. This role is a unique opportunity to own the daily performance and optimisation of our affiliate channel , from publisher identification and negotiation to deep performance analysis, directly impacting our bottom line. Strategic Channel Ownership: Manage the end-to-end performance and execution of our global Affiliate and CPA programs, ensuring alignment with our profitability and customer lifetime value (LTV) goals.
Publisher Management & Growth: Identify, recruit, onboard, and negotiate terms with high-quality affiliates, partners, and networks (e.g., cashback, comparison, content sites) to drive sustainable, profitable volume.
Performance & Profit Optimization: Conduct deep-dive performance analysis, focusing on CAC, blended ROAS, and profit margins . Proactively optimize or cut low-quality traffic sources and rapidly scale high-LTV partnerships.
Compliance & Fraud Control: Work closely with Legal and Finance to ensure all affiliate activity is compliant, implement robust tracking and fraud detection mechanisms, and maintain channel quality.
Experimentation & Incentives: Design and execute structured tests (e.g., incentive models, payout tiers, unique creative/landing page placements) to unlock new scaling opportunities and improve partner efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Analytics and Product teams to refine attribution, tracking, and reporting for the CPA channel.
2+ Years of Practical Experience specifically managing and scaling the Affiliate/CPA channel, preferably for a subscription, fintech, or D2C product.
Hands-on familiarity with Affiliate Tracking Platforms (e.g., Partnerize, Impact, Tune/HasOffers, Post Affiliate Pro) and third-party validation/fraud tools.
Proven ability to negotiate competitive deals with large publishers and affiliate networks, demonstrating strong relationship management skills.
Exceptional analytical skills with a strong understanding of financial KPIs (LTV, blended ROAS, margin analysis, payout structures) and experience reporting performance.
Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting tracking issues, postbacks, and payout discrepancies.
Own Everything: You take full financial accountability for the channel's contribution to the bottom line, treating the channel as a core business driver.
Raise the Bar: You set high standards for publisher quality, compliance, and profit efficiency , constantly challenging existing payout structures to maximize margin.
Focus on Impact: You prioritize high-leverage activities—rapidly scaling the most profitable partnerships and confidently cutting low-quality, costly volume.
