About This Role
Join CAS Auto's European operations as an After Sales & Product Support Specialist , where you'll play a critical role in ensuring vehicle compliance, managing homologation activities, and driving aftersales readiness across our expanding market presence.
In this position, you'll be the vital link between internal teams, third-party providers, dealers, and regulatory bodies. You'll ensure vehicles meet all homologation requirements, dealer networks are equipped with the spare parts and service tooling they need, and product information flows seamlessly across the organization. This is a role that demands strong coordination skills, technical vehicle knowledge, and the ability to juggle multiple compliance and operational milestones with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Homologation & Regulatory Compliance
- Coordinate vehicle homologation processes with third-party providers and regulatory bodies
- Support preparation and execution of homologation activities for vehicles entering the European market
- Coordinate technical upfits required to meet regulatory or product standards
- Monitor regulatory changes and prepare documentation for future model year compliance requirements
Dealer Aftersales Readiness
- Coordinate with dealer partners to ensure availability of spare parts and service tooling
- Support dealer readiness programs to meet manufacturer and service standards
- Assist in verifying dealer compliance with service and support requirements
Product & Technical Support
- Support the assimilation and distribution of product information across internal teams and dealer networks
- Assist in addressing technical product issues and coordinating resolutions with relevant stakeholders
- Support warranty standards and aftersales operational requirements
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external providers, and dealer networks
- Track project milestones and coordinate activities across stakeholders
- Identify and address potential risks or operational roadblocks
Reporting & Quality Assurance
- Monitor compliance with regulatory, operational, and quality standards
- Prepare reports on homologation progress, dealer readiness, and project milestones
- Provide updates to management on project status and key deliverables
What We're Looking For
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of vehicle systems, homologation processes, and technical upfits
- Familiarity with spare parts management and service tooling requirements
- Knowledge of regional and international automotive regulatory standards including safety, emissions, and environmental compliance

- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and operational milestones
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
Communication & Collaboration

Education & Experience
- Relevant education in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Management, or related field preferred
- Experience in automotive aftersales, homologation, technical product support, or vehicle compliance
- Experience working with dealer networks or service organizations is advantageous
Working Environment
This is a fully remote position that requires a secure home office environment and regular collaboration with international teams. You'll coordinate across multiple time zones and make extensive use of digital communication and documentation systems.
