After-sales Service Manager (Agricultural Machinery)

1. Responsible for the daily maintenance, after-sales service, and repair of agricultural machinery such as tractors and harvesters;
2. Responsible for collaborating with agents on daily maintenance and technical support work;
3. Responsible for proactive rectification, troubleshooting projects, rectification of faulty vehicles, and information collection proposed by the product line;
4. Responsible for inspecting, regularly maintaining, and servicing arriving vehicles (tractors, harvesters, etc.);
5. Responsible for regularly visiting customers and regularly inspecting vehicles (tractors, harvesters);
6. Responsible for timely ensuring the supply of spare parts, completing the spare parts sales plan, and ensuring customer satisfaction;
7. Repair the mechanical devices and other components of the machine;
8. Effectively understand technical issues through appropriate analysis, evaluation, and diagnosis.
