After-sales Training Engineer(Agricultural Machinery )

一、Training System & Content
Build the standardized after-sales training system and develop/update product training materials, courseware and question banks.
Design hierarchical and customized training programs for dealers, customers and internal staff.
二、Training Implementation
Deliver offline training nationwide and conduct hands-on demonstrations to ensure skill mastery.
Establish and operate online training channels, follow up on progress and provide Q&A support.
Manage the entire training process and complete data records and review reports.
三、Technical Support & Feedback
Provide remote and on-site technical support and assist in resolving complex after-sales faults.
Collect frontline customer pain points, summarize fault cases and feed back to R&D and product teams.
四、Evaluation & Collaboration
Organize training assessments, analyze data and continuously optimize training programs.
Collaborate cross-departmentally to synchronize technical information and manage the standardized training archive.
