Aftersales Manager DACH (w/m/d)

Your mission

• Organize and oversee all after-sales processes as well as technical services

• Lead, coach, and develop the team both professionally and disciplinarily

• Prepare regular quality and management reports and provide training for dealers and service partners

• Visit customers to ensure product quality, service performance, and customer satisfaction

• Support the organization at national and international trade fairs

Your profile

• Completed training as a master craftsman in construction or agricultural machinery mechanics

• Several years of proven experience in aftersales for construction and agricultural machinery

• Excellent German skills and fluent English, both spoken and written

• Strong service-oriented and communicative personality with customer care experience

• Solid knowledge of safety precautions and procedures when working with mechanical equipment
