Agentic AI Engineer (m/f/d)

Design and implement agent-based AI systems for complex, real-world workflows
Develop scalable backend services in Python
Build and refine orchestration pipelines using LangGraph or similar agent frameworks
Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) with structured data and external APIs
Work with leading foundation model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and AWS Bedrock
Deploy and scale AI systems using AWS infrastructure
Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of AI components
Collaborate closely with distributed engineering and product teams
Continuously improve AI workflows through evaluation, optimisation, and iteration

Strong professional experience in Python software development
Proven experience building AI-driven or agentic systems
Deep understanding of LLMs and their integration into production environments• Experience working with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on clean, scalable architecture
Comfort working in remote, distributed teams
Curiosity and motivation to stay ahead in the evolving AI landscape
