Agile Delivery Project Manager

Hillview Consulting is looking for an Agile Delivery Project Manager to join our innovative team in Alvarado. Responsibilities

• Lead agile project management activities, ensuring effective delivery of projects
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and best practices
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on project status

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in the staffing/recruiting industry is a plus
