About the Team:

Our Digital Strategy & Transformation (DST) team focuses on leveraging AI to optimize internal processes and enable smarter decision‑making across the organization.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to join our DST department. This role will be pivotal in defining and executing our internal AI strategy , ensuring successful adoption of AI solutions across ATOSS, and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. The focus is on internal transformation and operational excellence .

Key Responsibilities

• Co‑develop and maintain the AI strategy and roadmap for internal use cases.
• Define and implement data strategy and governance frameworks for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT on technology architecture for scalable AI solutions.
• Manage and lead AI projects from selection to successful implementation .
• Drive adoption and change management for AI‑enabled processes, ensure AI readiness across departments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units on AI opportunities and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education : (Advanced) Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or related field. PhD is a plus.
• Experience : 3‑5+ years in AI/ML projects, digital transformation, or technology consulting. Proven track record in implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Fluency in both German and English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
