AI Creative Designer (m/w/d) - EN

The marketing team at easycosmetic continuously develops and refines the brand’s visual identity. To meet the rapidly growing demand for high-quality creatives, we are looking for two AI Creative Designers (m/f/d) who use state-of-the-art AI tools to produce premium static and motion content for all marketing channels.

You will work in an experimental environment where tools and workflows evolve constantly. You test new AI platforms, develop prompt templates, document best practices, and actively contribute to shaping our creative strategy.

Your Responsibilities

AI-Based Content Production

• Creation of static creatives using text-to-image tools, with further refinement in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Development of animated creatives and motion formats (short videos, loops, motion designs) using AI video tools
• Design of advertising materials for social ads, newsletters, website, marketplace content, and marketing campaigns
• Design of packaging for private label products as well as print materials

Workflow Development & Tool Evaluation

• Evaluation and testing of new AI tools for content production
• Development and documentation of prompt templates for recurring creative formats
• Building scalable AI workflows for batch production of creatives
• Cost tracking and efficiency optimization for credit-based AI tools

Brand & Collaboration

• Careful and consistent evolution of the visual brand identity
• Derivation and maintenance of design guidelines based on produced creatives
• Planning, execution, and documentation of design tasks in Jira
• Close collaboration with Marketing, Content, and Performance Marketing teams

Your Profile

Must-Have

• Completed training or degree in graphic design, media design, communication, or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design
• Proven experience in prompt engineering for text-to-image and image-to-video tools
• Experience with at least one AI video tool (e.g., Kling, Runway, Veo, Pika, Luma, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva
• Excellent knowledge of image composition, typography, color theory, and layout
• Solid experience in motion design and AI-based video production
• High affinity for AI-driven workflows and emerging tools
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Very good German skills (minimum C1); English skills are a plus

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with node-based workflow automation (e.g., Weavy, ComfyUI)
• Knowledge of After Effects or alternative motion graphics tools
• Understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing
• Experience with A/B testing of creatives

Social Media & Platform Competence

You understand how content performs across different platforms and can optimize creatives accordingly:

Instagram: Knowledge of Reels and feed algorithms, Optimal formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5), Hook strategies for the first three seconds, Engagement triggers and hashtag relevance

TikTok: Understanding of the For You Page algorithm, Trends and sounds, Native aesthetics vs. polished content, Watch-time optimization and loop strategies

YouTube: Shorts algorithm vs. long-form content, Thumbnail psychology, Retention curves and click-through rate optimization

Facebook/Meta: Understanding of different distribution logic for Reels, Stories, and feed content, Paid vs. organic reach
