AI Engineer / AI Architect – Build Real AI Systems (LLMs, Agents) – Frankfurt / Hybrid – €100,000

You’ll be the person who answers:

• What should we build vs what’s just hype?
• How do we turn AI from experiments into production-ready systems?

What you’ll be doing

You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and product thinking.

• Design and implement AI-driven features across products and internal systems
• Build and experiment with LLM-based solutions, AI agents, and autonomous workflows
• Translate business problems into scalable AI architectures
• Act as the internal AI expert — guiding decisions, challenging assumptions, and driving adoption

What matters for this role

• You have solid software engineering experience (Python preferred)
• You’ve worked hands-on with LLMs, NLP, or modern AI frameworks
• You can explain concepts clearly (e.g. how LLMs generate outputs, when to use RAG vs fine-tuning)
• German is essential (all internal communication is in German)
