About the Role

We’re looking for an AI-Native Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, product, and emerging AI systems.

This isn’t a pure dev role. You’ll design, build, and orchestrate intelligent systems that actually make it into production. working closely with stakeholders to turn ambiguous ideas into scalable, real-world solutions.

If you enjoy combining hands-on coding with system design, client interaction, and product thinking, this role sits right in that sweet spot.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shape and deliver AI-powered workflows from concept to production
• Design and build agent-based systems (orchestration, retrieval, tool use, evaluation)
• Integrate across multiple AI platforms and models
• Develop cloud-native applications (microservices, APIs, containerisation, CI/CD)
• Work directly with stakeholders to frame problems and guide solutions
• Run workshops, prototype ideas, and iterate quickly
• Define and track performance metrics (accuracy, latency, cost, reliability)
• Contribute reusable patterns and best practices

What You Bring

• 3–5 years in software engineering (cloud-native / distributed systems)
• Strong coding skills (Python, Java, C#, or similar)
• Experience building and deploying AI-enabled applications
• Understanding of modern AI concepts (e.g. orchestration, retrieval, workflows)
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and production environments
• Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Background in product engineering, solution architecture, or AI engineering
• Experience with complex or enterprise-scale systems
• Exposure to multiple industries or domains
• Track record of building or experimenting with new ideas (side projects, startups, hackathons)
