Your tasks

As an AI Solutions Consultant, you are the crucial interface between our clients and our technical teams – with a holistic view of JUST ADD AI and its subsidiaries and sister companies. You understand the business processes of our enterprise clients at both top management and operational process level, evaluate the technical possibilities of AI integration, and translate complex requirements into actionable high-level concepts for our development teams.

  • Lead Management: Qualification and development of leads into sustainable partnerships
  • Client Interaction: Conducting needs assessments as well as presentations, demonstrations, and workshops – remote and on-site
  • Process Analysis: In-depth analysis and understanding of complex business processes at client organizations
  • Solution Design: Evaluation of technical feasibility and development of AI solution approaches
  • Conception: Creation of high-level concepts and technical specifications as a basis for development
  • Contract Management: Proposal calculation, contract negotiations, and closings
  • Tender Management: Search and response to public tenders, using AI tools
  • Pipeline Management: CRM-based pipeline management and forecasting
  • Strategy Development: Active participation in shaping our market positioning and advancing our sales and product strategies
  • Network Building: Building and maintaining a relevant industry network (events, trade fairs, LinkedIn)
  • Project Handover: Handover and continuous coordination with our technical teams
  • Sales Automation: Continuous improvement and automation of our sales processes using LLMs

Your profile

Your Background – two possible paths:

We are looking for individuals who either:

  • come from a technical background (e.g., software development, IT architecture, data science) and have developed toward client interaction and sales, or
  • bring solid sales experience and possess strong technical expertise in software development and AI

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Completed vocational training or degree (ideally in IT, business informatics, engineering, business administration, or similar)
  • Professional experience in sales, IT consulting, or software development is desirable
  • Ideally experience in selling B2B software, SaaS software, or custom software development
  • Solid technical understanding of software development and current artificial intelligence

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong methodical sales competency or the willingness to develop it
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and convincingly to stakeholders up to C-level
  • Analytical thinking and strong process understanding
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills, closing strength, and a high degree of self-responsibility
  • Team player mentality and enthusiasm for collaboration with marketing, engineering & product planning
  • Excellent German and ideally English language skills, both written and spoken
  • You enjoy working in a team and can communicate effectively with people of different professions (technical and non-technical)
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and identify risks early on
  • Through your motivation and self-discipline, you achieve a high quality standard, deliver results on time, and motivate other team members
  • You use modern tools, including AI, to work more efficiently

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SaaS and enterprise software models
  • Knowledge of AI/LLM technologies and their practical application
  • Network in the DACH region
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
